Did You Know Majors Continuations Claiming YES! Majors continuations customers can claim non-receipt of volumes online. Follow these step by step instructions (download PPT version): Go to majors.com; click on Libraries and Hospitals; click on Continuations under My Account!                click for larger image Customers may search the entire database or their holdings – they may also see their cancellations, titles that have ceased or discontinued, etc.                click for larger image For this example, I clicked to see all of their series. To claim a volume, find the series title you want. I chose AAMC Directory of American Medical Education – click on the title link                click for larger image To find the individual volumes, click on the stack of books                click for larger image Information shows when Majors shipped – say they didn’t receive the 2005-2006 volume. Click on that link                click for larger image To claim – click on the submit claims square/link                click for larger image Customer should enter their email address – enter any comments and quantity and click the submit button. This form CAN be used for status claims – however, all information we have in the system is shown on the web and updated in real-time as we receive it.                click for larger image
