New! Approval Plan Process
To effectively manage J.A. Majors' order fulfillment time and increase availability of our approval titles, J.A. Majors is pleased to announce several changes to our approval plan process. We are now utilizing all five warehouses to fill orders for the approval plan. Customers will (may) see shipments from the various warehouses. Please note that each warehouse has different packing slips and invoices. With this new process we expect greater fulfillment as well as faster notification of new and available titles.
When a title is out of stock in all of our five warehouses the customer receives a printed cancellation notice or, if the customer accepts backorders, the item is placed on backorder. Customers have the opportunity to receive a Monthly Backorder Status Report, which can be received either by email or in print. If you are not currently receiving this report, please contact your J.A. Majors customer service representative to add this report to your profile.
